Hi everyone,
I just want to ask if it is possible for a Newbie account to become a FreeUser account without donating/spending real money?
Thank you.

You are eligible to turn into a Free User after 3 days. You don't have to spend real money for it to become free user status.
Do note that to change your status after 3 days, you yourself need to do it. Click on the Newbie title and then select the Free User. That's it.

And what can you do after the free user status runs out? Mine will on january 22nd, but I would still like to use Auction house and refine my equips. Is the only way to do that by donating money? If so, how much do I need to donate and how long will that membership last? There is no information about this "member" sistem on the site or here on the forums so everything is a bit confusing <.<

You are free user by default. You won't go back to newbie status, and you won't become a member if you didn't donate.
To become a member, you need to donate 30k myshop points to get 30 mileage points, which you then designate for use to become member.
Even if you have 30 mileage points, but you don't use it to become member, you will remain as free user and the mileage points will remain unused in your myshop account.
Duration of status runs for a month. So, for example, if you upgraded your status from free user to member because you have 30 mileage points, then you will last 1 month being a member. After that, if you didn't spend another 30k ms to get another 30 mileage points to stay as member, your status will drop back to free user.
The free user status will continue indefinitely (even though it says it ends in 1 month) because it is our default status.
