i always play this game,but suddenly one day the game is down. and i couldnt get loginl. i inputed login-ID and password for try to login. but the game freeze a few seconds and cant move to select server screen after press login button. i use the line names "softbank" in japan.

how should i do for playing.

Can you check if you're missing one of those:

- Always run your game as Adm.

- Add the trickster folder to the exclusions from your antiviruses (all of them if you have more than one).

- Update your computer to the latest version. If your computer is not updated trickster may not run on it.

 

Also if you tried all of those and still not working: Try it using a VPN.

 we do not know how or why but your own provider is blocking your access. It is not a game-side problem.
If you try to login using a different network to get online it will work just fine, same as happens with VPN.
Something that you can try is to resset your router or get a new router and set it up again and hopefully it'll work, if not, then it's definitely the ISP problem and you may have to call them and ask them to reset their side of the router.
