Hello Luxmea,

 

Would this help improving bossing for the magic class? Are you possibly the player who has killed Koi 13,000 + times if so you would no the most I would value your opinion.

 

We have previously made a 15s->5s darklord skill. Is there a reason you only want 10 seconds. I'm really curious, because most people would suggest more!

I do not think it will greatly help in the bossing of all magic types.

Because this skill can only use dragons or sheep who chosen electric attr. sheep and dragon can not learn all attribute skills together like duallists or buffs. We need to select two of the five attributes appropriately, or choose between light and darkness.

However, for users who have chosen water & electric, they will be of some help.

Thunderbolt is a skill to kill one person. Compare the same type of skill that kills 1 person and only consider cooldown,  dark lord's Scythe cooldown is 8s and Staff of Agony cooldown is 4s. Decreasing 5s ,Players will be able to use the shard of Glacier + Electro Attack combo one less time during Thunderbolt's cooldown.

Therefore, I think that it is appropriate because it is not too short or long in 10 seconds.

Of course, other people may want 5s or 1s, but I just think it's okay on a line that does not destroy the balance in 10s.

As someone who plays a lvl 380 elec/fire wizard I aprove of that argument. When doing harder bosses the 15 seconds cool down is quite darn long if you can`t use thunderbolt to 1hko them.

I also think anything ranging from 5-10 seconds (maybe 8?) would be reasonable and not make the skill too overpowered nor overused by the community.

I mean, look at wind buffalos with gale/tempest strike,some of them can literally hit over 10m  and they have 4/3 seconds CD respectively.

 

Also, as he stated, that change would also help to greatly synergies thunderbolt with glacier, because let`s face it, if you are going water/elec it`s because of glacier and the 1x1 damage output.

Hey, all. It's been a while since I posted. Thanks to the team for still kickin' and pushing out patches.

I have a suggestion that might help bossing go smoothly for cats, (esp. the Primadonna).

 

 I think it's fair if the cooldown for both EVO and Beast's Instinct went from 200s to 30s. On my Primadonna, it's kind of annoying to kill Koiosu and my EVO is still on cooldown by the time I get back to the boss area for another round. There is a 50s downtime if  you use Evolution and Beast's Instinct in their entirety. (110s + 40s) Not that Primas cannot kill without EVO, but I think players should be able to choose their route of playing and I would like the Evolution build to be a bit more seamless for bossing. Primas aren't usually as tanky as Divas and Raccoons considering their skills heavily seem to suggest that you will be relying on EVO a lot. I think 30s would be short enough for the downtime to be wiped out completely. (Remember, the downtime is 50s if you use both skills in their entirety! Often times, you will not need the full 150s to kill a boss, unless you are fighting Kronos). I also think 30s is fair because Evolution can be completely stripped off by Koiosu's Aura Shatter anyway.

I`m... confused o.o

But at the same time I have a strong feeling that you are trying to be passive-aggressive using the pray "our father in heaven" as if the game has become some sort of spawn of satan.

The game is what it is, I don`t even play lion but I think the change was good. 

My question is: have u ever played a lion?

If PvP is your main concern, go there, see how many people are even doing that lol.

This game is a lot different than the base 2013 game due to the release of a bunch of new weapons/Gear (which gave lots of attr and other stats)... so rolling back to 2013 is not an option.

Not to mention that I just came back from a hiatus I took back in 2014 and honestly, the game environment feels a lot better than what it was when I quit.

I agree with above that in some point.

 

 

 

 

 

Increasing skill duration is not bad. It just reduces count of using skill. That's all.

 

BUT Cooldown changes, especially attacking skill, seriously have an effect on this game.

 

You guys may guess that sort of suggestions are going to improve rTO.

 

NO. They RUIN Trickster Online's originality. They make rTO CRUDE. They KICK common players out of nostalgia.

 

After to reflect suggestion for the first time, many ridiculous suggestions were brought up over and over.

 

If you can't think about side effect of suggestion carefully at least 6 months, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH SKILLS ANYMORE

I wish Magician's Hinder Snare skill enable to use magic skills.

What I knew was, it meant for turret-like playing, purely focus on attack. And at first, I clearly remember using Magic arrow skill while stick the monsters with this skill. Maybe that was a bug or sth.

 

Because this skill blocks all actions of user, and not only by moving, it cancelled when monster attacks you.

Simply saying, this unique skill has no value and potential. You just delaying everything 20 seconds with this skill and that's it.

Also don't forget huge snail-like 20 seconds cooldown. For the skill doesn't always success to cast, it is too cruel. So, to 10 or 5 seconds maybe?

if possible, please change or remove the sound for when Keen Sense and Sharp Sense is casted. i believe i'm not the only one that finds this as an issue. to be honest, the sound quite induce stress that isn't enjoyable.

I dont think removal or changing of this sound is possible because they would have to create a new one which could be time consuming and its very minor. If the sounds of those skill is not enjoyable then you can turn the sounds off.

aww that's sad. i like all the other sounds i hear in the game except only those skills' sounds. lmao.. huhuhu T_T

Playtrickster/data/sound/ directory contains sound effects

delete or rename those that you dont want to hear

but they will most likely be back after the next maintenance and you will have to remove them again
