The monsters have a really good hit, i guess tartarus is hard to do in that moment. 
I saw a video from JTO (i guess) and one paula with: 24k AP + 12k HP + 7k DP + 200HV + 500% killed easy the tartarus boss. I have more status than that paula and i cant kill him :/
