When posting your issues, please remember the following:
1. Always state your IGN.
Even if you stated your IGN in your profile on forum, we never assume it is that IGN that is having the issue. We understand you have many chars. Therefore, always state the IGN of the char that is having the issue.
This also applies to those who post their issues in Facebook group. Since the game is not linked to Facebook, we don't know who you are in Facebook whenever you post your issues without stating your IGN.
2. Attach a screenshot of your issue.
As much as possible, always attach a screenshot of your issue. Snipping tool is very useful especially when you want to capture screenshot on website.
If you have many screenshots, it is better for you to explain your whole story first instead of leaving it to your screenshots to explain to us. Sometimes we don't know what we are are supposed to look at in a screenshot without explanation from you. And posting too many screenshots may get the "tl;dr" reaction from us. Please make it easy for us to understand your issue so that we could help you better.
3. Don't post your issues on Playtrickster's official facebook.
Technical mods & game advisors usually don't read there. Please post your issues in forum or Facebook group. Facebook group is the best for a simple, quick-to-solve issue; but forum is the best if it needs GM's attention because then the link can be posted to GM if necessary.
4. Don't post your technical issues to my forum inbox or Facebook inbox.
The reason is I am not a technical person and most likely won't be able to help you. And technical mods & game advisors cannot read things posted personally to me, so they won't be able to help you either.
