I keep receiving messages from players asking the GMs for help regarding lock codes, secure codes, or passwords because players have forgotten them or they have reset and then they could not get the new information because their game account emails don't work anymore, or they have done something that make them unable to open their game account emails, etc.
Players, it is your responsibility to remember your own game information. It is also your responsibility to use a working email for your game account. If your email stopped working for any reason, you take the matter up with your email provider, you sort it out. It is your personal property and your personal responsibility.
The GMs have made the Manage Account function on the website for you to handle all these code issues yourself. Please do not act as if it is the GMs' responsibility to give you your codes because your have forgotten them, wrongly reset, or you cannot access your email, or whatever.
Anything that involve your emails, the GMs will not touch this. Do not ask the GMs to be involved when the matters relate to your emails because in the first place, it is your personal property and thereby, your responsibility.
Please be responsible for yourself. Be a responsible player. Do not be irresponsible about your game information simply because you think you have the GMs at your beck and call any time to rescue you. They are not your slave. Please be considerate. And again, please be responsible.
