When I make the screen size of trickster larger than 1280x960, I get an error and the game cannot be started. Is there a solution?

This game is old. I don't know if you could enlarge your screen more. Also, custom screen may cause you to be unable to launch your game. If this happens, you have to go back to the standard screen size.
