4-Treasure Hunt Tournament: Every guilds in contest will send 1 representant to enter into the Tournament.

There must be 4, 8 or 16 guilds qualified to begin the Tournament.
If we do not have the right number of participants, there will be a Round Robin Elimination game.
For the example of the procedure, let's suppose there are 5 participants:

The 5 participants will receive a red treasure map leading to the Black Market. They all start when the signal is sent by the judge.
The 4 first players to reach the Black Market win their ticket for the tournament.
The last one is eliminated.

Now that we have our qualified guilds for the Tournament, it goes like this:
The tournament will consist in "best 2 out of 3 rounds" series of hunts.
Every guild will be opposed to another guild.
The 2 guilds in contest will receive a treasure map leading to the Black Market. They both start when the signal is sent by the judge.

The first person to reach the Black Market is the winner of the round.
Once the guild won 2 rounds out of a maximum of 3, that guild advances in the Tournament. The loser is eliminated.

After the Semi-Finals are played, the 2 winners will go to the Finals and the 2 losers will battle for the 3rd place.
