But at the end of the day, the fact of the matter is a lot of players cant play the game. And a lot of players are simply wasting money for service that they never received, at minimum by the time gone on our timer items. So can I expect some sort of compensation after this has been resolved?

Hello, right now I am experiencing a diff kind of situation, I have logged out of the game already ('cause I need to use web smelting), but I cannot smelt cause it says my character is still online. Idk if the fix 60013 applies here but I tried, nothing happens
I suggest u put another option in Manage Account like "Force log out" or something? in web. So that it may help us if we can encounter this in the future too. Thank you

my game freezes after clicking "login". Already tried "fix 60013>login>move to blooming cora>login" still doesn't work. I got 2 driller boys as well as 2 booster bracers wasted... :/

Thank you for all the hardworking dedication you guys put into this server. For anyone upset about their timed items, I'm sure that they will work that out too once this is all sorted out. I just want the server to stay up and be okay. I've seen another private server go down for similar reasons, and I would hate to see that for this game.

The latest login issue relates only to some accounts only. We have restarted the server just now to fix this issue. Please try to log in again.

At 5:30 am (web time) just now, we did another server restart. This time, all chars were affected by the shutdown (not partial shutdown like what we did earlier). Please launch your game by running on administrator and then do a check file.
Add: Please don't rush. I found that if I give time and not rushing to click on things, the game works. I have the same problem as everyone regarding error 60013 and login issue; now it is ok. Let's hope it keeps being ok. But please don't be too fast when you log off and relog.

@Aran i dont know if it matters but i remind i get random crash since poppouri npc has been removed from event garden so maybe thats the reason? what if bring it back now and check if it will keep crash ?

Dear Players, it seems that after installing the fix to protect the server from attack, many players are still having login issue. On behalf of the staff, I apologise for this. This issue seems to affect certain accounts only (I have accounts that face the same problem and some that don't). I have also noticed that this problem occurs more on Internet connection that is not strong and/or not stable.
Before you log in to your account, log in to your account on website first -- > Manage Account -- > Fix 60013 -- > Wait 3 minutes -- > log in to your account in game.
If you didn't wait 3 minutes before logging in to game, you will encounter a box that says "This ID is in use." This will force you to exit your client and you have to start again.
GM & Coder are still working on solving this issue. We appreciate your patience very much.

fix random crash its unplayable. what if any of us will get legendary box and then game will crash before we pick up?

@ Nycrose, then you lose the box.
Please don't do this. We are trying our best to fix this problem. We are not here trying to make players suffer.

then make it to appear in inventory the same way as ult. weapons when we kill bosses and everyone will be happy
