Someone else already mentioned this in Technical Issues, and; 
 

Our sincerest apologies for this issue! 

 

Unfortunately, we are undergoing some connectivity issues with the server in regards to web-features.

This is causing people to be unable to request password resets, secure code resets, etc., and thus, you also could not create a new account.

 

Hopefully it will be sorted out shortly! I will let you know when it is sorted out.
