Hello, im silverslash, i have a question from my recent suggestion

 

Was there a possibility to find out zorra's ring in the system? i know that the item list is finished, but i still have doubts

In case, you couldn't find the item, i doesn't matter

I don't know. Maybe the mods can help shed light on this. Is it the 1st job fox box (called Vulpine) or is this ring inside the 2nd job fox box? ~ aran

Could we get a rehash of Madame Snow/Lady Snow boxes? Also maybe regular Queen Odinea boxes? Is the sprint acc from the Odinea boxes timed? Also are there any plans to add other items to the current Ribbon Event exchange rewards? Like Elixirs, or are anvils going to be the only addition?

 

On another note, the EXP event turnout seemed pretty good, or maybe it was just the weekend population spike?

 

 

1. Madam Snow/Young Lady Snow/Queen Odinea are normally winter-related item (North American winter). 

 

2. There is a sprint? What is its name?

 

3. Why don't you guys suggest items you want for exchange? Please be reasonable though; don't ask for all Use items in MyShop and don't ask for uniques are myshop boxes.

 

4. Elixirs were an exchange item under Canna Flowers. I am not going to put elixirs as exchange again for Big Ribbon.

 

5. Maybe it's just the weekend spike. Idk. Maybe.

Since i'm assuming we're not going to hear from aran again untill tomorrow morning, Can we please get the EXP again tomorrow since it bugged out? I really wanted to get 360 today.

The exp event has only lasted one day. It says two days. You cant say 1 thing and do another considering people have been preparing for it. 

 

 

I apologise. We are human. We make mistakes sometimes about date/time. Please do remember that this is a private server and while we stick to what we say as much as we can, we do have the rights to do something different than what we originally have said before due to our own reasons. - aran

I actually think the exp glitched out like the last exp event a few months back... It ended earlier than expected as well. Let's be patient...

I apologise for the 1-day EXP event. I believe that GM made a mistake and used Thai date/time instead of Los Angeles date/time. I will ask him to make it a 3-day EXP event next weekend to make up for this weekend's mistake.

 

Please understand that this is a private server. While you may think we can do anything you ask for, in reality, there are a lot of things we can't do. Setting an event that happens only for a weekend, say, isn't as easily done as if this were the official server because of lacking of certain files and coding issues. It should be easy, yes, but it is not.

I went with "Black Bat" because "Melan" in the description roughly means "black" (though the actual usage seems to be kinda confusing?), while "Azul" means "Blue", hence Black Bat & Bat Prince Blue.

 

As for the name for Azul, Mischievous Asuru or Mischievous Blue should be just fine, then.

There was no description of the items on the JP event page so I really can't confirm the proper description contents. Also "Azul" is the result of google translate, of which I have much doubt for. For now the real meaning is lost on us, unless someone from the JP community here can corroborate. But yeah like I said in my post earlier, Black Bat works fine, it's a logical deduction. My qualm, if any, is the fact that we don't know if the name Melan/Meran purposefully holds a double meaning, with the name Melan/Meran, and with the idea that it embodies the description of the colour black. I mean, the fact that they didn't use any other derivative of "black" makes me question the direct google translation.

 

In hindsight, Trickster is a Korean game so the items may have been loosely translated from Korean to Japanese. I'm not quite sure if this is the case, or if these items are purely Japanese originals. Looking at the JP Equip/Pet names compared to our respective eTO localization names, either a lot of the item names are translated from kTO that has completely different names than jTO, or someone at Ntreev took a lot of liberties when localizing it for eTO.

 

With regards to rTO, since we have an admixture of items from different languages, true localization is frankly impossible. So the way I see it, retaining the closest meaning to the original language is best, in my opinion.

May we know what's the exchange rate for anvils yet? Is it both of the anvils (legendary and god's)?

Then he said not sure whether they could be recoloured. He would have to ask Coder. He has not gotten back to me.

I'd prefer colored fashion over tradeable fashion any day, Fashion is cheap as it is, Theres no point in making it tradeable.
