[Suggestion] Kitty Sprint Variant for Magic/Sense

Kitty Sprint's great and all, but it's a pain that there are no permanent sprints for magic or sense types. So here's my suggestion:

 

Doggy Earring 30

MA:   2 ~ 7 DA:   2 ~ 7 LK:   2 ~ 7 HP:  84  ~ 336 DP:   24 ~ 96

Weight: 3

Compound Slots: 3-4

Temper: N/A

Refine: N/A

Value: 0

Time: N/A

Required Level: 30

Compound slots: MA, DA, LK, HP, DP

Use: Increases MA, DA, LK, HP, and DP. Stat amounts and Compound Slots are randomly generated. It increases basic movement speed by 60%.

Description: The earring of a mysterious idol. Just looking at it is enough to give you the energy of a newborn puppy!

Obtained from: Mileage Boxes

Other: Untradeable, Undroppable

Item Quality: 3 Stars

(Unless if Kitty Earring 300 has a different movement speed, it should be the same exact speed boost as kitty 300)

they should follow a formula:

item_level x (min_stat/level ~ max_stat/level)

 

for your suggestion: MA for level 190 sprint  = 14 ~ 47 -> 190 x (0.074 ~ 0.247)

then for level 300 sprint it should be:  300 x (0.074 ~ 0.247) -> 22 ~ 74

and so on

This is an excellent idea. Back when the level rewards were out I suggested something similar for the WT bracelets, but since everyone comps WT on them anyway...

 

Either way, I'll let the mods know and see if it can be put on the list for May.

Alright, I'll fix it!

 

theres some rounding up or down, so min and max values / level are:

 

MA, DA, LK: 0.07 ~ 0.25

HP: 2.8 ~ 11.2
DP: 0.8 ~ 3.2  (usually same as AP and MD, unless you want to make it special)

in your case: from level 30 spring -> DP: 0.333 ~ 6.667 (ie: for level 300, it would be 100 ~ 2,000)

 

ingame HP tempering range for level 300 Doggy Sprint would be 300 x (2.8 ~ 11.2) = 840 ~ 3,360

 

Doggy Sprint would also require its own images (dog paw?)

both big (item info) and small icon (for inventory)

 

then its useful to specify weight, value, description, if its droppable .... theres a guide about it :)

Yes, exactly like Kitty Earrings on the wiki. 30, 70, 140, and 190 all show as being untemperable on the wiki.

if random stats, then it would probably have to be in a separate box - like Kitty Earring comes from Cat Accessory Box and Cat Accessory Box is from Mileage Box

(im not sure if its possible to get random stats directly from Mileage box)

PS: im sure it looks like nitpicking, but if your suggestion is accepted and released, you wont have to answer questions like why this or that doesnt work or why you didnt do it properly

on the other hand, if everything works like its supposed to, its quite a satisfaction :)

It's been a long time since I've pulled from a mileage box, so I don't remember all of the specifics. The long-end of this stick is that Doggy Earrings are meant to be an exact replica of the Kitty Earrings, except with stats focusing on Sense and Magic types. (Lion benefits from Kitty, so that's unnecessary)

 

So basically, if the Kitty is temperable, then let the Doggy be, too. If Kitty comes from a box gotten from the Mileage box, then let it be like that too.

 

It's just meant to give Magic and Sense a sprint that's permanent.
