Thank you for your interest in becoming a Paula tester. We apologise for the delay in starting the test. We plan to start the testing this weekend (day/date/time not set yet).
We have selected some of you to do the testing first. We may add more testers later, as needs arise. The list of testers selected are below. For those who have been selected, please respond to this thread if you are still available to do the testing. Just say yes.
We are not exactly sure how long it will take, maybe a few weeks. You need to be actively testing whether Paula is working and whether the game operates as usual. This means, you also need to know the game pretty well.
Once you confirm your availability by posting in this thread, you will be included in the Special Members group that enable you to access Testing Paula section in the forum. You are to post issues/problems you encounter during the testing under the thread Reports on Issues/Problems. Please make sure to re-test when you encounter issue, just to be sure it's not just your client's problem. Take screenshots of the issues you encounter, or use video if you knew how to record and post in forum.
For things that you test but they are good (no issues), please post under the thread Reports on things that work. This is important to let us know that things are tested. Areas for testing include general game play, map accessibility, the workings of Paula, harkon defence, pvp, quests, chaos tower, Tartarus, etc. You can organise and decide among yourself as to where you want to test. You can test as a group or individually.
Please make sure you put in the equips you want to use inside the account used for the testing now. Do not worry if your account is full with chars right now, you can always delete slots in the test server, and this will not affect your real account in the real server.
Please note that anything you get in the test server will not be carried over to the real server.
Please maintain confidentiality of the testing. Do not post anything regarding the testing anywhere. Also, please maintain good relationship with each other. We don't want to work with unpleasant people. For those who have had experience with Paula, please share your experience with us as we test.
