See Kheops's post.  You can get in if you bypass the splash/launcher.  I tried to get mine to work but alas, it failed.

Please go into your game folder and double click on this file: vc_redist_2015.x86.exe. Set it up. Then re-patch as usual.

A friend and I can't go to Tartarus anymore, game freezes after dialog with Vagabond in mega. Anyone else tried ?

 

(I repatched quite a few times, not solved)

 

 

GM is currently fixing Tartarus issue.

I do not know what is wrong with your char since resetting the event does not seem to work on your char. I'm sorry you can't do the event on this char. Perhaps you can use other chars to do the event.

Edit Kheops : Now we can pass Vagabond but not Wonderful na devices in the next room, same freezing issue.

Just like I said to aran, if you place them in storage to trade to other characters the item does not show up and u cannot click it.
