I know that Paula is quite far away from now, but I figured "why not make a guide to prepare others that want to play as her?" And so boom, here I am. As someone that was fortunate enough to play as her before servers ended (I know it sounds like I've been rubbing this in, forgive me, I really and truly don't mean to do that) I can give you some amount of info.
This info is coming from the jTO wiki as well as my knowledge of Japanese and word of mouth. As the team has kTO files, the info below may not apply come time for Paula.
Things you need to know
- Paula has a set of skills all to herself. In other words, she can't learn any bunny or buffalo skills. Yes, that does suck. However, they are quite unique, in my opinion. They include DP buffs (plus a party DP buff in 1st job), a DA buff, a string of solo AP buffs starting in 1st job (Junior High Schoolgirl), and upgraded versions of her hammer attack all over the place (including an AoE O.o). Come 2nd and 3rd, she gets an insane selection. She appears to get a set of passive AP buffs (works similarly to Crazy Drilling) and a movement speed buff come 2nd (Breeder). When 3rd job (Tamer) rolls around, she gets even more AP and DA buffs, a DP and movement speed debuff (influenced by DA), a skill similar to the Boxer's Desperate Rally (but for DP), and another attack + buff for said attack. (You may have heard me say she can summon a polar bear--that's the debuff. Yeah.)
- Paula cannot equip swords, staffs, guns, shields or knives. What can she equip then? Hammers. That's right, a weapon class all to herself. Oh, and hats. Maybe capes too. Everything but the ones I just mentioned in bold, pretty much. (Can someone confirm this?)
- She uses AP and DA for her skills. Very odd to have a power type require DA, if you ask me, but those DA buffs exist for a reason, I suppose.
Builds and Allocations
I'm going to be honest here, I have no idea about these. When I played as Paula, I was in that phase where we think "put 2 in the other parts of the build, it'll be balanced then". However, considering the above info, my recommendations are either 4123 or 4132. You can have any power type build for her, basically, but I have never understood 4114 or 4141 builds. Whatever floats your boat.
UPDATE: 4141 is feasible with the DP buffs.
As for where to put those skill points, I'd say AP or HP.
DA is also a possibility, but I didn't play enough nor do I have enough info to be able to recommend such. See update 5/14/17
That's all I have for now. This definitely needs improvement, and I'm sure that will come soon enough. But now you know.

UPDATE: hair colors anyone? Nothing for third job it seems...very odd.

UPDATE 6/3: Third job hair dyes are non-existent.
UPDATE 6/15: Strike that, hair dye did exist for third job! (On kTO anyway.) Colors unknown. If anyone knows what they are, please let me know--it would be much appreciated!

Update 5/14/17: Guide updated! Turns about most of her skills use DA--how strange. My recommendation is now putting points into AP at the start, then change to DA. Now THAT is a weird setup.
